I had someone beat me the way you describe once and well I wish I had written about it but I had no words to describe it then. Now, I have spent years growing strong again and not afraid and I don’t even think I want to remember how it felt although I suppose I will never forget it. Again, thank you for sharing this. It only goes to remind me that other people know how it feels. Maybe people I don’t know and don’t have to know, but that somebody felt as confused as I did, is reassuring.
